Held in a rural location in three-acre field adjoining Havenstreet Station – the main centre of the IW Steam Railway. The field is relatively flat and has the Station and railway line on one side and is tree-lined on the other three sides. There are no covered areas.

The Food

Festival-goers are encouraged to make a real occasion of it and bring your own picnics and drinks. Bring a rug, deckchairs and a picnic … or if you prefer, dress for the evening and bring your dining tables, chairs and candelabra!

Food will be available before 7pm from the Station Refreshment Rooms and light hot and cold snacks will be available throughout the evening from the Refreshment Kiosk

The Drink

There will be a large real-ale bar and wine bar available throughout the evening.

Getting Home

Southern Vectis are providing special buses at the end of the evening

The Isle of Wight Steam Railway in conjunction with Southern Vectis will be providing a free jazz bus service to take late night revellers from Havenstreet Station to the entrance to Ryde Pier on the Esplanade. The bus will leave Havenstreet shortly after 11pm to connect with the last Wightlink Catamaran from the Isle of Wight to mainland Portsmouth Harbour. The FastCat departs from Ryde Pier Head at 23.45

Please call the IWSR on 01983 882204 to book your seat now on the late-night jazz bus. Please note that the bus will not drive up to the pier head.
